Once when my mother was young, she was herding sheeps with her brother in Somalia. He brother left to go get something from the house. She was left alone, middle of nowhere, deserted under the scorching sun of Somalia. Moments later, she noticed that that there was a lion on the other side of a tree, about 20 feet away from where she was standing. frozen on stand, she pretty much thought khalaas, this was it. SubhanaAllah, the lion did not look, nor star nor saw her presence…he turned the other way around and walked away. All the possibilities that could have happened at that moment are far to great, But it was not written for her head to be snapped into two at that moment.
“Every affliction that falls on the earth or yourselves, already exists in a Book before it is brought into being by us. No doubt that is easy for Allah to accomplish”. (Surah al-Hadid, 57:22)
